The Office of the Registrar is an office organized under the Office of Academic Affairs. The current Registrar is Sheryl Kristensen; the office manager is Karen Benedict.
The Office of the Registrar manages transcripts, class assignments, class logistics such as schedules and locations, and so on. Majors are declared to the Registrar. They also compile and maintain all the information contained in the College Catalog.
Until the 2007-2008 school year the College Registrar was a part-time position, held by a member of the faculty. Starting in Fall 2007 the registrar will be full-time.
