RiotQueer

RiotQueer is a loose collective of radical LGBTQ Knox students founded in winter 2008. Its members exist outside both heterosexist society as well as the "gay mainstream." RiotQueer is dedicated to exploring identities, political philosophies and strategies that are anti-assimilationist, confrontational, and fun and to creating a counter-culture that provides and alternative to and subverts the straight hegemony.
