Drew 3 was home to the founders of Romantic Post-Bunkism in the 2002-2003 school year. It was home to the first Anything But Clothes party and the first PROM.
From 2005 to 2007, Drew 3 called itself "Suite Arrr", and was inhabited primarily by hippies, theater kids, and a couple of docile rats in a cage. In Fall 2007, this crowd moved into the Peterson House, and Drew 3's fate was uncertain.
