Roy Andersen is Chair of the Economics Department and the Charles W. and Arvilla S. Timme Professor of Economics. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois in 1972. His interests include microeconomics, international economics, and development. He is married to Corine Andersen.
He and Bob Seibert once accompanied the Model Arab League to Cairo, Egypt.
