Formerly a Theme House, the Jazz House is now a permanent house for students involved with jazz on campus and their groupies. It is located at 260 West Tompkins Street, between Exec and the Naked House. The Jazz House was founded in the mid-90's and was made a permanent house in the 2004-2005 school year. The basement used to flood like a bitch, and probably still does. The best seat in the house is the roof over the back porch.
