Some say Conger has only 3 floors. To them, the residents of Conger 4 say, "Well yeah, there are, but you just, like, don't get it."
The best congersations take place in Conger 4. The residents will often congergate and form conger lines.
In 2011-12, Conger 4 will house Philip Bennett, Eli Mulhausen, Jamie Ruml, and several other golfwang hooligans.
