Geoff Brown[edit]

Geoff Brown (aka Uncle Joe Bucket) is a junior at Knox, which means he plans to graduate next year, with the class of 2008. He is majoring in English Literature and designing his own minor in Film. This year he lives in Simonds 2 where there is much revelry and camaraderie. It was in his suite that the fraternity GAA(A!) was formed.

Nota Bene: all former grievances, asterisks, or marks against Geoff by Brian Lowe have long passed their statute of limitations and are stricken from record.

Geoff and Brian Camozzi both played Pancho, the virtuosic, guero-wielding fourth member of a Latin music quartet, in separate fifth-grade productions of the children's play KIDS Radio.

Interests[edit]

Geoff likes most things that don't require high levels of physical exertion. These include but aren't limited to; playing music with whatever instrument(s) he can get his hands on, reading, photography, bike riding (a less hardcore way of cycling), dominating the Nintendo Wii, and curating the massive film and music library on his computer.

In addition, Geoff is a member of the elite circle of cyber-athletes who have bowled a perfect Wii bowling game. In his own words, "I've bowled a 300 at Wii Bowling. That's a perfect game."

Piracy[edit]

Like many students at Knox, Geoff has takes pride in being a pirate. No, not in the faux-nostalgic cliched way that many Knox students claim to be pirates; Geoff will steal any media that isn't bolted to the floor. He doesn't fear the RIAA and welcomes a good argument about copyright law. If you have something you think he has yet to steal he implores that you hasten to contact him through the standard means.

Knox Activities[edit]

WVKC[edit]

Since Fall Term of the 2004-2005 school year Geoff has hosted a radio show each term. Early incarnations of the show included; Rebel Radio, The Funk Effect, and The Psychedelic Freakout hour, however these themes were highly laconic and generated no interest on or off the Knox campus. His latest audio endeavor is Mornington Crescent which is a hilarious and popular call-in-and-play-along themed show. The rules are confusing, but you'll understand them in time.
