You can spend Flex dollars in the Gizmo, the C-store, the bookstore, or on copies. I think you can also use them at the Grab-n-Go.
You can buy them in increments of $25, and they roll over from term to term but not year to year.
Seeing as the concept is roughly the equivalent to that of Disneyland money, but at Knox, it isn't particularly advisable to waste your real money by exchanging it.
