Neal Hall is the southern half of Conger-Neal, in the Quads. It generally houses upperclassmen, but in recent years first-years have lived there as well due to the housing crunch. Neal is known somewhat for raucous good times, especially in Neal 1. Neal 1 is also tasked with creating the Mud Pit on Flunk Day each year.
