Located at 251 S. West St., the townhouses are a relatively recent addition to the Knox dorm family. Three of them hold 10 residents and are available as Block Housing. One holds twelve residents and is available through General Lottery.

The townhouses are:

• Townhouse A
• Townhouse B
• Townhouse C
• Townhouse D
