Bill Clinton is a former President of the United States of America.
He is the commencement speaker for the Class of 2007.
He did not have sex with that woman. But Kenneth Starr says they had oral sex.
Bill Clinton is so important that, in preparation for his Commencement address, Facilities Services has planted new sod to replace the patchy grass above the underground steam pipes on the South Lawn.
