Knox Street is a street in Galesburg. It runs east-west, and marks the 600 block south.
The street runs from its western end at Henderson Street to the eastern end a little ways east of I-74 (there is no freeway entrance from Knox Street. Knox Street has a large gap between Prairie Street and Seminary Street where it would cross the Burlington Northern Santa Fe mainline track.
West of Broad Street it is called West Knox Street, and east of Broad Street it is called East Knox Street.

Knox Street forms the southern edge of the main part of the Knox campus. It abuts 237 West Knox Street, Sigma Chi, Jorge Prats Field, Five-Name, Trevor Field, the Knox Bowl, and the T. Fleming Fieldhouse.
Except in the area around Knox College, Knox Street is primarily residential.
