The Oak Room has a rotating dinner schedule, with options like pasta night and breakfast for dinner. The caf is not so predictable, but the offerings will include pasta, at least one vegetarian entree, cooked vegetables, a meat entree, often some form of (usually fried) fish, and some kind of side dish (quite often, mashed potatoes). The caf also has a salad bar and the grill, as well as the stir-fry bar on weeknights, which is replaced (usually on Fridays) with the personal pizza bar.
As a first-year unused to college dining, you may, initially, be overwhelmed by the seemingly endless variety of food choices. Don't worry, you'll be sick of them all in about a week.
