Seymour Union is the center of the functioning Knox College campus. It contains a variety of offices, meeting rooms, dining rooms, and Seymour Hall, a residence.

- The Hard Knox Cafe provides buffet-style dining, three meals, most days, meal swipes.
- The Oak Room provides a la carte options, lunch and dinner during the week, meal swipes.
- The Gizmo, a la carte throughout the day and well into the night, dining dollars or cash.
